Answers to Your Travel Questions

We’re not the right fit if you enjoy researching and booking every detail yourself, are focused on deals, or prefer a more DIY approach to travel planning. Our clients seek guidance, clarity, and peace of mind.

When is working with Postcard & Co. not the right fit?

11

Professionals who value their time and prefer travel that’s thoughtfully handled from start to finish. My clients want calm, personalized guidance, not mass-market or DIY planning.

Who do you typically work with?

10

Custom, experiential travel—complex itineraries, multi-destination trips, and high-importance travel where details, pacing, and fit matter. These are often the trips clients don’t want to get wrong.

What types of trips do you specialize in?

09

Yes. Many clients come to us after initial research, realizing the process is more time-consuming or complex than expected. We can step in at any point to refine, reorganize, or take over planning completely.

Is this a good fit if I’ve already started planning?

08

As involved as you’d like. Most clients prefer a light touch—we ask thoughtful questions upfront, then take the lead on research and coordination, checking in at key decision points so the process stays easy and efficient for you.

How involved do I need to be during the planning process?

07

Earlier is always helpful, especially for complex or high-importance trips. That said, if you’re already feeling behind or overwhelmed, it’s still worth reaching out—we’ll help you assess what’s realistic and take things from there.

How far in advance should I reach out?

06

End-to-end travel planning. That includes itinerary design, research, bookings, logistics, and ongoing support. We also guide decisions, think through the flow of the trip, and handle the coordination—so you don’t have to.

What is included when working with you?

05

Yes. We support you before, during, and after travel. If plans shift or something unexpected comes up, we provide layers of support from destination partners to our emergency advisor on call.

Do you help during the trip if something changes or goes wrong?

04

For many travelers, yes — especially when time is limited or the trip feels important. Travel advisors reduce decision fatigue, provide clarity and confidence knowing that every travel details has been thoughtfully planned.

Is working with a travel advisor worth it?

03

Yes. We plan within realistic spend ranges and help you decide where it’s worth investing—and where it’s not. We’ll talk through expectations early, so everything feels aligned and comfortable from the start.

Do you work with budgets or minimum spend ranges?

02

Not at all. Many clients come to us with a feeling, not a destination. We help narrow options, clarify direction, and guide you toward confident decisions—without the overwhelm.

Do I need to know exactly where I want to go before contacting you?
